TuneTurn Invited as the Closing Speaker at the Taipei iF Design Center — An Unprecedentedly Positive Response

TuneTurn Co., Ltd. was deeply honored to be invited by the Taipei iF Design Center as one of only six selected speakers, and to take the spotlight as the closing keynote of the series.

For us, sharing our journey of entrepreneurship and material innovation with the audience was an unforgettable experience. The event gathered an unexpectedly diverse group of attendees — from young designers to seniors, corporate representatives, customers who originally came for business visits but stayed for the talk, and even friends who returned from overseas just to attend.

✨ R&D Story — How agricultural waste can be transformed into valuable materials: from pineapple leaves and bamboo fibers to eco-friendly products that replace plastic.

✨ Entrepreneurship Journey — The emotional reality behind the work: heavy R&D investment, countless setbacks, and moments of wanting to give up — yet choosing to persist because we believe in “from the land, back to the land.”

✨ The Heart of Design — Design is more than aesthetics; it is a social responsibility. Through design, we hope to inspire people to rethink their relationship with everyday life and the environment.

🔥 A Lecture That Became an Unexpected Celebration

After the keynote, we invited participants to experience our products in person and prepared a special “gift giveaway.”The atmosphere instantly ignited — lively questions, enthusiastic discussions, and even surprising creative suggestions from the audience turned the event into a spontaneous and valuable live field survey.

What touched us the most was what the iF representative shared privately afterward:

“This has been the most energetic lecture we’ve ever hosted.”

For a team that has poured tremendous resources and heart into sustainable design — and has faced many moments of wanting to give up — such encouragement means the world to us.

We were also moved by the sincerity of the iF General Manager, who personally helped carry tables while we were installing the exhibition pieces — a gesture of warmth, humility, and leadership without distance.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Taipei iF Design Center team for the invitation and support. This lecture reinforced our belief in continuing our mission — to lead more collaborative projects and advance the practice of sustainable design.
