In the pineapple fields of Taiwan, we see more than just harvested fruit— -

This is a journey from waste to regeneration,driven by the cradle-to-cradle philosophy.
We developed a modular system of biodegradable mulch films and fruit protection bags that not only shield crops and nourish the land,
but also embody the circular reuse of agricultural resources. -
Crafted from pineapple fiber, these designs are flexible, compostable, and return to the soil with grace.
They act as quiet guardians of the land—
gentle, yet unwavering in their protection of every harvest. -

Taiwan produces over 400,000 metric tons of pineapples every year.
While this has fueled the booming pineapple cake and related industries,
it has also generated a massive amount of agricultural waste—leaves, stems, and roots—
most of which are discarded or burned, posing a long-term burden on the environment.
To address this challenge, TuneTurn places agricultural waste recycling at the heart of its mission.
By transforming pineapple waste into regenerable green fiber materials,
we are unlocking new possibilities for sustainable materials and circular design.

Starting with pineapple leaves, we extract plant-based fibers that naturally decompose, continuously expanding the possibilities of regeneration.
🌿 From green bamboo trimmings, we craft travel cups and eco-friendly tableware—turning waste into everyday essentials while reducing open-field burning and creating new value for local industries.
🌊 From coastal driftwood, we create biodegradable seedling pots to replace plastic. These pieces of wood return to the earth—restoring harmony with forests and soil.
