The blown film process begins by drying plant-based fiber pellets—such as bamboo fiber, pineapple fiber, and plant starch–based polymers—before feeding them into an extruder. Under high temperatures, the materials are melted and driven forward by the screw, then extruded through an annular die. Air is introduced to form a hollow bubble, which is drawn upward and shaped by a cooling air ring. The film is then flattened and wound into rolls.

This process transforms plant-fiber raw materials into biodegradable film suitable for a wide range of applications, including eco-friendly packaging, agricultural mulch films, and take-out bags.
